The aim of the course is to give you basic practical skills in writing a research paper.
The course aims to:
biomedical students of all specialties, postgraduate students, resident doctors.
After completing the course you will be able to:
- perform a systematic analysis of the literature,
-formulate the structure of a scientific study,
-select a statistical analysis method for a study,
-formulate a problem question using PICO and FINER methods,
-apply the principles of hypothesis,
-distinguish between possibility and relativity relationships.
You will learn:
- what is the process, function and significance of scientific research in medicine,
-the basic principles of choosing a research topic,
-how to distinguish between well-formulated problem questions,
-the principles of statistical analysis of research,
-the types of research,
-the pyramid of research standards.
Course duration:
- Practical training 20 hrs.
- about 15 hours of theory reading.
